Job Description

As a senior member of the Multifamily Structured Transactions team, you will play a critical role in shaping the Structured business strategy and driving high impact, high visibility executions across the platform.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

You will have the flexibility to shape your day while partnering with a team that prioritizes collaboration and client service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the sales, structuring, and negotiation of Fannie Mae Structured Transactions—including Credit Facilities and Bulk Deliveries—across all multifamily asset types.
  • Providing direction to internal teams and external partners on the positioning, sale, and support of Structured products.
  • Building strong relationships with multifamily owners and DUS lenders by developing customized financing strategies and delivering best‑in‑class customer service.
  • Elevating the Structured business by identifying deal opportunities, market trends and contributing to enhancing product competitiveness.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING

Minimum Required Experience

  • 8 years of relevant experience

Desired Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of Fannie Mae multifamily products and DUS/GSE underwriting standards
  • Familiarity with (or interest in learning) the intricacies of Multifamily Structured Transactions
  • Demonstrated ability to structure complex deals involving multiple layers of multifamily financing
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, strong client relationship management, and ability to offer solutions to complex issues.

Target Pay Range: $155,000 - $209,000 a year

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
