Job Description:
Job Requirements
Define/Document & Roll out Processes, Templates, Checklists, Work instructions etc. as per ASPICE 3.1, ISO 26262, ISO 21434 and various other standards.
- Perform Process improvement Management activities.
- Institutionalize Process performance Metrics
- Work with various Business Units to bring common understanding of processes.
- Perform gap analysis as per ASPICE 3.1, ISO 21434 and ISO 26262.
- Experience in IEC 62443-4-1, IEC 62443-4-1 and Cyber Resilience Act
- Perform Quality Assurance activities as per ASPICE 3.1 and ISO 21434
o Define QA Strategy
o Support and facilitate Project teams throughout the project lifecycle to achieve ASPICE CL3 and ISO 21434 compliance.
o Identify and track work products and process performance objectives.
o Coordinate and track software quality assurance activities.
o Facilitate in defining Project performance metrics.
o Perform Internal QA audit and facilitate external assessment.
o Escalation of Non conformances.
o Generate QA report and present to Management.
o Facilitate in Process implementation.
o Perform release and process performance reviews
o Mentoring/Training to Project team
- Integrate processes with other standards (ISO 21434, ISO26262 and IATF).
- Have strategic thinking for implementing multiple standards
- Maturity to handle critical project situations
- May need to travel. (30%-40%)
