Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will engage in configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications. Your typical day will involve adapting features to meet business requirements, managing application releases, and ensuring the stability of systems. You will utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to enhance user experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes. - Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their application in business solutions. - Ability to manage software releases and ensure system stability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Japanese Language. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
