A Day in the Life

Are you passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry? Medtronic, a global leader in medical technology, services, and solutions, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tender Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Screen public and private search platforms on tenders
• Identify potential RFQs/RFTs that fits to Medtronic’s portfolio
• Be the interface between Sales and Pricing & Contracting department
• Be the liaison point between external search providers and the Sales teams for tender related search topics
• Collect, organize & distribute relevant documents provided by search platforms to Sales and Pricing & Contracting depts.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Lyceum Diploma (minimum requirement) 
• Good level of English (spoken – written)
• Attention to detail 
• Strong time management skills
• Experience in the healthcare market
• Experience in purchasing or tender departments
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
• Good working knowledge of healthcare tender search engines (e.g. Infonews) will be considered a plus
