Minimum qualifications

  • MTech in Power Electronics and Drives (PED only)
  • Pass out in 2024 are only recommended for this job
  • Basic understanding of schematics, layouts and electronic components
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of DC/DC power converters and different topologies.
  • Lab experience building and troubleshooting power converters
  • Solid analytic and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel 25-35%

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Architecting and proposing component level and system solutions to customers
  • Assisting customers with power circuit design and debug.
  • Working closely with sales engineering and FAE colleagues to further customer relationships.
  • Developing and proposing new products to product lines to address customer needs
  • Training customers on Analog Devices’ power products and tools
  • Continually studying and understanding new product technology

Will be plus, if they have

  • Knowledge on power supply designs based on different power supply topologies like Buck, Boost, Buck-Boost, SEPIC, Fly-back etc.
  • Good handling capability of lab equipment’s like Analog/Digital Oscilloscope, Electronic loads and Bench Power supplies.
  • Working experience on simulation tools like LTspice, LTpowerCAD, LTpowerPlay etc.
