What’s involved in this role: 

We are looking for a Human Capital Director, Operations in Appleton, WI or Eden Prairie, MN.

• Directs a team of HC Managers, Business Partners, and Coordinators to support HC initiatives for the business including change management, leader effectiveness, organization design, total rewards, talent management & development, and employee engagement across the various sites.   
• Understands the business, strategy and plans, and work closely with operations leadership and the organization to ensure we have the people, capabilities, structures, processes and experience to execute on those plans using a continuous improvement mindset.
• Provides direction, counsel/coaching and data analysis that enable leaders to make sound talent decisions, promote employee engagement, positive employee relations, and a culture that values inclusion, diversity, and belonging.
• Manage specific projects/processes (e.g., performance management, promotions, talent review, and succession planning) and participate in functional and cross functional global initiatives.
• Partner with COEs to create comprehensive strategies to meet business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures and programs. Recommend changes based on data analytics, internal/external trends and competitive benchmarking.
• Lead the Human Capital element of US acquisitions, concerning due diligence and integration.

​What you need to join our team:  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Capital/Human Resources, Industrial Relations or equivalent required.
• Minimum 10 years experience in Human Resources with experience as a people manager.
• SHRM certification preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
