We are now looking for a Performance Reporting Section Manager Nissan's eNEST business division (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Norway, Denmark, Sweden).

How can you contribute and have an impact?

  • Lead the Performance Coordinators.
  • Support dealers, countries, and internal teams with Sales & After Sales performance analysis and tasks.
  • Supervise and assist with all Performance reporting files.
  • Oversee and support the creation and maintenance of Dealer scorecards.
  • Manage Performance Bonuses for Sales & After Sales.
  • Utilize the PPM tool.
  • Handle landing files.
  • Update monthly closure files.
  • Follow up on credit limits.
  • Report NAE.
  • Supervise manual invoice requests (IRF), purchase orders, etc.
  • Follow up on dealer incentives.
  • Use PRISM.
  • Follow up on demo and courtesy cars.
  • Utilize Tableau.
  • Travel as needed to fulfill job responsibilities.
     

What are we looking for:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience.

  • Experience in an international, matrix organization is a big plus.

  • Background in sales, marketing, reporting, business administration, or assistant roles.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Knowledge of other Nordic languages is a bonus.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and overall good PC skills.

  • Strong business planning and analysis abilities.

  • Advanced skills in Excel, Access, and databases.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong communication and team leadership skills.
