Job Title: Client Care Team Leader 

Salary: £26,099 per annum

Location: Blythwood Veterinary Practice, Bushey

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent 

Hours: 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.

At Blythwood Veterinary Practice, we are thrilled to announce that we are looking for a Client Care Team Leader to join our Reception team.

We are looking for someone to welcome clients and their pets to the practice in a warm, professional manner and provide support to our friendly team.

By joining our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their beloved pets.

Your role and responsibilities 

  • Be responsible for the management of the branch and the client care team.

  • Strong leadership and exceptional communication skills.

  • Promote a conducive and supportive working environment.

  • Responsible for the day-to-day running of the branch including adherence to statutory checks, administration and stock management

  • Collaboration with all of the practice teams, including clinicians and clinical support staff, is essential to succeed in this position.

  • Build relationships with the clients, demonstrate empathy and facilitate in delivering an excellent level of service at every touchpoint.

  • Be a presence within reception, lead by example by engaging with clients and their pets.

  • Ensure all customer complaints are dealt with swiftly, efficiently and by the appropriate person.

Required Experience

  • Experience of working within the Veterinary industry.

  • Experience of motivating and leading a team.
