We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As a Manager, Partnership Manager GEM LATAM Vision Care supporting the Commercial Team, in Panama, a typical day will include:

  • Lead and develop the strategy for export markets in their responsibility.

  • Work closely with Distributors to understand market dynamics, insights and collect channel distribution information, supporting the Franchise Head and Marketing team to develop tailored strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Distributors to manage, support and develop the operational Distributor(s) performance across the markets.

  • Assess and prioritize Distributor needs, when developing franchise strategy and operational plans.

  • Guide and support the marketing strategy implementation as a Key Account Manager, analyzing data, understanding the distributor needs and the different market realities.

  • Lead initiatives to strengthen the Franchise business by developing an excellence- oriented and customer-focused culture, fostering innovation, and building best-in- class third-party partnership that fully exploit all market opportunities.

  • Support operation with major Cluster Key Accounts and Healthcare Organizations.

  • Manage business specifics e.g. pricing changing forms (PCF), Undertaking letters (UTL)

  • When needed, support field-based activities undertaken by Distributor enabling KPIs achievement.

  • Monitor and track in market sales and market share evolution.

  • Report on competitive intelligence activities shared by the Distributor to ensure Marketing strategy aligned with needs.

  • Provide consultancy to the distributor on delivering and implementing customer programs.

  • Manage day-to-day commercial operations with smaller markets / Distributors and/or dispersed markets across broader geography.

  • Align on a monthly basis with Distributor and work with S&OP to provide 24 months forecast.

  • Guarantee and follow-up on Distributor’s training level and needs, supporting the upscaling knowledge of Distributors associates – via Alcon GEM Training Plan.

  • Ensure fulfillment Distributors contractual obligations
