Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
•Handles small-scale manufacturing projects or single-discipline sub-projects, ensuring alignment with Philips' production strategies, operational goals, and compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements, working under general supervision and applies awareness of entrepreneurial skills in daily work.
•Executes detailed project plans by coordinating tasks, resources, and schedules, leveraging Philips' project management tools and methodologies to achieve timely and within-budget delivery of project milestones and objectives.
•Monitors project progress rigorously, identifying potential risks and issues early and implementing data-driven corrective actions to keep projects on track while maintaining alignment with Philips' quality and safety standards.
•Ensures adherence to Philips' comprehensive quality management systems and manufacturing safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle, conducting regular audits and compliance checks.
•Identifies and implements opportunities for process improvements within manufacturing projects, utilizing lean manufacturing principles and Philips' continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
•Develops detailed project documentation, including project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and progress reports, ensuring all documentation adheres to Philips' standards for accuracy and completeness.
•Provides support in the preparation of project budgets and financial forecasts, leveraging Philips' financial planning tools to ensure projects are delivered within approved financial parameters and achieve expected ROI.
•Reviews and analyzes project outcomes meticulously, using lessons learned and feedback loops to improve future project planning and execution processes, contributing to Philips' culture of continuous improvement.
•Supports the implementation of new manufacturing technologies and processes, collaborating closely with engineering and operations teams to facilitate smooth transitions and integration into Philips' manufacturing environment.
•Troubleshoots and resolves complex project-related issues, providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring successful project completion and adherence to Philips' strategic objectives and operational standards.

Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management OR Vocational Education in Project Management or equivalent.

Minimum required Experience:
No prior experience required with Bachelor's Degree OR minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Agile Methodology or equivalent.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
