Experience of providing support in an enterprise environment: This competency highlights the ability to manage and resolve technical issues in a large-scale organizational setting.

Preferred Experience
Several years of experience in end user computing or a related field: This indicates that the ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in managing and supporting end user computing environments.
Relevant certifications in end user computing technologies: Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Apple Certified Support Professional, or similar credentials are preferred as they demonstrate a recognized level of expertise in the field.
Good grasp of IT security principles (e.g., endpoint hardening, data security, user security): The candidate should have a solid understanding of IT security measures and best practices to ensure the protection of endpoints, data, and users.
Knowledge of networking technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Ethernet, Wi-Fi (802.1x)): Familiarity with networking concepts and technologies is important for troubleshooting and managing network-related issues.
Experience of macOS in an Active Directory environment: The candidate should have experience integrating and managing macOS devices within an Active Directory environment.
Experience with macOS application development and corresponding utilities (e.g., XCode): Knowledge of macOS application development and tools like XCode is beneficial for supporting and troubleshooting macOS applications.
Requirements:
Jamf 300 certified & experience with Apple Business utilities (ABM/VPP): This certification and experience indicate proficiency in managing Apple devices and applications within a business environment.
Experience with Intune or Microsoft SCCM or equivalent: The engineer should have experience with these systems for application management and distribution.
Software application and operating system patching/reporting: The ability to manage and report on software and OS patches is essential.
OS level and 3rd party patching process and distribution: The engineer should be proficient in patching processes for both OS and third-party applications.
Very strong experience supporting Windows, macOS and mobiles: Extensive experience in supporting these platforms is crucial.
Experience with Windows Server 2012R2 and above: Proficiency in managing Windows Server environments is required.
Active Directory User and Computer Group policy / Intune policy management: The engineer should be skilled in managing policies within Active Directory and Intune.
Experience with scripting in an enterprise environment (Bash, PowerShell): Scripting skills are necessary for automating tasks and managing systems.
Change management: The ability to manage changes within the IT environment is important.
