Our index options team is a highly collaborative group of generalists and specialists. Together we strive to have deep expertise, ownership, and innovation in the areas that are important to winning in the index options space.

Your Core Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute trading strategies in the index options markets, focusing on all Index products across NSE and BSE
• Identify trading opportunities to maximize profits while managing risk exposure during trading hours
• Partner with macro news analysts and researchers to capitalize on opportunities and enhance trading strategies based on market insights 
• Utilize proprietary tools to analyze market data, identify patterns, and generate trading signals
• Stay informed on macroeconomic factors and geopolitical events that may impact index options pricing and trading opportunities

 Your Skills and Experience: 

• 5+ years of trading experience in India Index options at a market maker, proprietary trading firm, or hedge fund
• Proven track record of success deploying systematic or positional strategies on India index options
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field of study with strong academic performance
• Strong understanding of options pricing models, volatility dynamics, and risk management
• Highly analytical and seek to make or validate decisions in a data-driven manner
• An entrepreneurial mindset, competitive nature, and healthy risk appetite
