Order Management Lead & Regional Process Owner (RPO) – EMEA

Are you a process-driven leader with a passion for operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration? FMC is looking for an Order Management Lead & RPO to oversee and optimize order management processes across the EMEA region. In this strategic role, you’ll ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and represent the function within regional and global leadership teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Regional Governance: Develop, implement, and maintain compliant order management processes across EMEA, coordinating with Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams.
  • Drive Process Improvement: Identify and lead regional projects to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support Training & Development: Deliver onboarding and refresher training for order management teams, and support change management initiatives.
  • Act as Key Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for internal audits, SAP/system issues, and global IT or Center of Excellence (COE) projects.
  • Collaborate Globally: Represent EMEA in global Order Management and Regional Process Owner (RPO) teams, contributing to cross-functional improvement initiatives.
  • Support Operations: Step in to execute order management tasks when needed and provide guidance to local and central teams.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5–7+ years of experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain roles.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a matrix or multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional fluency in English.
