Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst specializing in SAP Finance to Manage (FTM) processes. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on SAP experience with a foundational understanding of finance processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
This role will work closely with senior analysts, IT teams, and Finance stakeholders to support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP finance solutions.
Key Responsibilities

- Support the configuration and maintenance of SAP OTC processes, including order management, pricing, billing, and accounts receivable.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand how OTC integrates with SD, FI, and MM modules.
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
- Support integration activities with third-party systems such as tax engines and invoicing platforms under senior guidance.
- Participate in system testing cycles (unit testing, integration testing, UAT) and help validate outcomes.
- Troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and support optimization initiatives.
- Assist in documenting process flows, configuration details, and user guides.
- Support data validation, migration activities, and system upgrades.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance, and standard processes.
- Participate in cross-functional discussions and workshops to build business and technical knowledge.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of SAP Finance (FI) processes, including general ledger and accounts payable.
- Familiarity with how SAP FI integrates with CO, MM, and SD modules.
- Exposure to financial concepts such as journal entries, reconciliations, and financial close processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within SAP finance and enterprise systems.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance environments.
- Basic understanding of accounts receivable, asset accounting, or controlling (CO) concepts.
- Familiarity with banking interfaces or third-party financial integrations.
- Exposure to financial reporting tools or dashboards.
- Experience with Financial Integrated Apps (e.g., Blackline) is a plus.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in SAP FTM, FI, or related finance functional areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
- SAP certification or relevant finance/SAP coursework is a plus.
