Job Summary:
As a Business Process Delivery Analyst, you are expected to –
1. Support the Invoicing Senior Analyst and Team Lead in enabling junior resources to support daily operational tasks, provide necessary back-up support, and implement relevant leadership instructions and process changes.
2. Effectively work with vendors and/or finance stakeholders to deliver the following Invoicing services within SLA.
• Invoice validation
• PO/SOW creation and monitoring
• Manual payment processing
• Accruals and reclass
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reporting Updates
3. Resolve email queries/requests and ServiceNow tickets related to the Invoicing process.
4. Ensure that vendor invoice data/information are processed accurately to avoid rework and impact to service performance metrics.
5. Maintain and update tracker, job aids and process documents, attend internal meetings for service performance reviews, process updates, and initiatives.
6. Attend vendor meetings only when necessary to resolve issues and concerns, provide updates on pending items and to align the process SLA.
7. Build strong finance relationships at the operational level to resolve issues and facilitate efficient delivery of services. Work with the Invoicing Senior Analyst to ensure that regular and adhoc collaboration is implemented to immediately resolve issues and align on any changes in the Invoicing process.
8. Raise any issues and escalations to the attention of the Invoicing Senior Analyst for the required initial stakeholder management.
9. All other tasks, particularly Mobility Invoicing-related ones that the leadership may assign on an adhoc basis.
