Job Summary
This role is responsible for framing TIO’s long-term aspiration, crystallizing our where-to-play and how-to-win choices, and uncovering new growth horizons at the intersection of emerging technologies, customer pain points, and strategic whitespace. You will lead the development and articulation of enterprise-level strategy that shapes HP’s future technology bets.
This is a role for a sharp strategic mind with strong strategy consulting/corporate development instincts along with hands-on business experience in a start-up or technology company. We are looking for someone who has a strong handle on the market and AI trends, can structure ambiguous problems, create compelling frameworks, craft tight narratives, find insights hidden in the noise, and elevate complex analysis into clear executive storytelling. You will drive market and competitive analysis, business plans, and investment theses while helping build HP’s innovation ecosystem across startups, VCs, and partners.
You will translate external signals into actionable recommendations for HP’s ELT and Board and connect the dots across customer pain points and unmet needs to translate them into business model choicepoints. The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced setting, is analytical, creative, and highly polished with the ability to go deep in the details while elevating insights to shape top-level strategy.

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $236,000 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
