CACI is seeking a Supply Support and Material Management Coordinator to provide PEO CARRIERS Product Support Team (PST) specifically in the element areas of supply support analysis and material management product development to include but not be limited to PTD, Supply Chain, PBL, IUID, CM Management, Configuration Data Management Database- Open Architecture (CDMD-OA) and/or follow on platforms (MBPS) and Automated Identification Technology (AIT) support, data mining and analysis.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Conduct in-depth research and technical reviews on topics relating to Logistics Program Planning and Management for the following Logistics Products: SCM, DMSMS, Obsolescence, CM; Material Management; Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD); Coordinated Shipboard Allowance List (COSAL); Maintenance Systems (e.g. Supportability Analysis and Legacy Maintenance reviews); Technical Publications (Tech Pubs), Sustainment Plans and implement Unique Identification (UID) in the maintenance requirements for the ships of the CVN 78 Class.

  • Develop status reports for Logistics Product Availability/Delivery on Government Furnished Equipment/Systems identified in Schedule A by Participating Acquisition Resource Managers (PARMs), Headquarters Modification Requests, and Field Modification Requests for Logistics Product Availability/Delivery

  • Determine if there are any logistics impacts and provide recommended corrective action                                                                

  • Provide technical and administrative support in the planning and execution of program reviews to include ILSMTs, ILAs, Logistics Readiness Reviews (LRR), etc. and the action items and resolution findings

  • The contractor shall also provide ILS expertise and ensure technical oversight and support during the development, evaluation and execution of the logistics requirements with focus on Total Ownership Cost (TOC) and Life Cycle Management for all Navy Aircraft Carriers

  • The support shall be maintained throughout periods to cover overall system design, integrated product and process development, milestone acquisition, construction and operations                                                                                      

  • Provide logistics support in the development and execution of the shipboard integrated data/information system


More About the Role:

  • Provide oversight of the ship's Outfitting requirements and tracking other ILS products.                                                                                 

  • Support program offices PMS 312 and PMS 378 providing and tracking ships local funding requirements.                                                                               

  • Support ships transportation requirements and coordinate with NAVFAC.                                                                                             

  • Schedule and facilitate meetings in support of NAVSUP FLCN C500.                                                                                          

  • Prepare and deliver briefing materials and metrics in conjunction with NAVSUP FLCN C500 to present to DPMs, PMs, and other high-level management.                         

  • Coordinate the requisition and delivery of Government Furnished Material and locally procured Outfitting/Fitting Out materials to meet ship milestones.                          

  • Monitor ISNSL's products, Load COSAL outfitting process and oversee material Outfitting process to ensure requirement of 95% receipt of OBRP at delivery and 97% at Sail-Away.                                                                                   

  • Ensure lifecycle support i.e. Legacy Maintenance Information meetings, Supportability Analyses, Legacy Maintenance Reviews are complete so configuration data is accurately reflected in CDMD-OA.                                                                               

  • Coordinate with NAVSEA 05V, PMS 378, NAVSUP WSS, NSLC, and CDM to ensure allowance products are completed and reflected in COSAL.                                                                                

  • Ensure appropriate drawings and technical manuals are delivered from PARMs to MSC to support systems onboard ship.                                                                                     

  • Provide timely and accurate Material Management and Configuration Branch status reports as required.                                                                               

  • Coordinate and participate in working groups as required.                                                                                           

  • Monitor ILS configuration to achieve goal of 97% of available PTD is provided to ships at delivery.                                              


You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Security Clearance

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years of experience in life-cycle sustainment project and product management



These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Navy and Aircraft Carrier experience is a plus

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$67,100-$141,000
