Position Summary:
The Product Management Rotational Program (PMRP) is a full-time, two-year program designed to accelerate the careers of early-career professionals who are passionate about building impactful products. As a PMRP associate, you’ll gain exposure to multiple areas of product development at Sam’s Club through two dynamic rotations. Each rotation places you at the center of innovation—solving real problems, delivering member-centric experiences, and shaping the future of retail technology.
PMRP associates are full-time Product Managers from day one and will rotate across high-impact teams, building the skills, relationships, and product intuition needed to grow into future product leaders.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Merchandising, marketing, ecommerce, operations, logistics, supply chain, or related field, Microsoft Office tools (for example, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
