Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, addressing challenges, and ensuring that the applications you develop align with the overall objectives of the organization. You will also be responsible for making informed decisions that impact your team and the broader project landscape, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall performance. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals and timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in React.js. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js. - Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices. - Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating with back-end services. - Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. - Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
