Manager, Business Transformation
Job Summary
The Manager, Business Transformation will lead and execute strategic initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, driving innovation, and optimizing business processes across TD SYNNEX Italy. This role is pivotal in guiding the company through periods of change and ensuring successful adoption of new strategies and technologies.
Job Responsibilities
* Manage public sector project BID coordinating the BID activities at the different level of the organisation
* Coordination ISO and other quality certification implementation and audit at local level
* Lead and manage end-to-end business transformation projects, and process improvements initiatives, from initial scoping and planning to execution and post-implementation review.
* Collaborate with various internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Operations, IT, Finance) to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic roadmaps.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes, identify pain points, and propose data-driven solutions for optimization.
* Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
* Monitor and report on the progress of transformation initiatives, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to senior leadership on project status, risks, and recommendations.
* Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to inform transformation strategies.
* Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, change management, or management consulting, preferably within the IT distribution or technology sector.
* Proven track record of successfully leading complex transformation projects from inception to completion.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
* Excellent project management skills, including experience with various methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma certifications are a plus).
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency in English and Italian (both written and spoken).
* Experience with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems is highly desirable.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
