Team Rubicon (TR) is seeking an Associate, Mission Support to join TR's Programs x Mission Support team! The Associate, Mission Support coordinates across the five functional teams including: Logistics (Logs), Planning, Mobilization (Mob), Training, and Incident Management Team (IMT) in the Mission Support Branch (MSB) and provides scheduling and administrative support to ensure alignment and continuity for TR’s growing Mission Support. The position ensures standardized onboarding, coordination, and administrative support of operational Leased Employees across the branch, managing availability, timekeeping, training records, and deployment coordination while helping Leased Employees navigate the balance between TR’s unique culture and the increasingly professionalized systems required to support future operational growth.

Duties:
- Manage the Leased Employee availability calendar, response rotation, and timekeeping submissions.
- Support planning and coordination of Complex Training Events, including Command & Control course and Disaster Training Camps:
- Facility and logistics coordination
- Instructor support
- Student selection and communication
- Travel coordination
- Coordinate and dispatch Leased Employees to events, exercises, trainings, and responses in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure timely submission into TR’s learning management system.
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine Mission Support workflows that impact MSB Leased Employees, and standard operating procedures related to Leased Employee scheduling, deployment coordination, readiness standards, and training compliance.
- Advises the Director of Mission Support on operational improvements and presents recommendations that influence branch‑level decisions and future program design related to MSB Leased Employees.
Education and Background:
- The right temperament, attitude, and approach to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- A spreadsheet ninja with wizard-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based applications
- Demonstrated experience in project management, reporting, event planning, or customer service is a plus
- Ability to learn and apply TR systems, processes, and training requirements
- May be required to complete TR-recommended training courses
Special Requirements:
- This is a full-time; REMOTE position and can be based anywhere within the United States and provides a flexible & non-traditional work schedule
- Other Travel: 25% non-local travel to support complex training and emergency operations center (EOC) activations

Pay Range:
- $45,355.55 - $67,646.76 per year
