Position Summary

1. Maximize work efficiency by managing and improving material management tasks via system.
2. Handle the accounting tasks that occur according to the material logistics management by collaborating with related departments.

Role and Responsibilities

1. [Material managing system management] Participate in managing and improving the material management system (GR, GI, inventory movement, instruction to move materials between in-house & outside warehouse, container management, etc.).

2. [Unplanned release management] Participate in managing and handling the unplanned irregular release such as manufacturing loss, development, discarding and disposal.

3. [Subcontracted material management] Participate in calculation according to bring-in material carrying out performance and managing based on the standard process upon paid and unpaid bring-in.

4. [Payment] Participate in confirming the payment settlement of internal/external materials based on the process standards.

5. [KPI Management of material management] Participate in reporting the actual status of the material management KPI (Key Performance Index) and improvement activities.

6. [Inventory checking] Participate in performing regular inventory checking and cycle counting.

7. [Delivery order management] Participate in managing the master (DO pattern, Time table, Delivery location, etc.) of DO (Delivery Order) in advance analyzing the DO errors, and providing the DO on time with a right quantity.
