Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions, ensuring that applications are aligned with business needs. You will also contribute to key decisions and engage with multiple teams to provide problem-solving solutions. With your expertise in HCL Unica, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining applications that drive business success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain applications using HCL Unica. - Design and implement application features to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application alignment with business needs. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure smooth operation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in HCL Unica. - Strong understanding of application development principles and practices. - Experience in designing and building applications to meet business requirements. - Knowledge of programming languages and frameworks used in application development. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies. - Experience with agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HCL Unica. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
