Senior Strategic Programs Manager

Our Global Delivery & Solutions team, a part of Enterprise Customer Success, works with our product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver customer outcomes and value by creating Consulting offerings and solutions that accelerate the ability for our customers to achieve their outcomes using Autodesk technology.

In this role, you will be a key member of the Global Delivery & Solutions team reporting directly to the Senior Director of Global Delivery & Solutions.  You will coordinate various program components to maintain momentum, implement efficient processes, and foster meaningful collaborations with a forward-looking view

 Your role is pivotal in helping us to evolve our offerings and approaches to meet the evolving needs of our customers and to ensure that we are able to communicate our vision and progress across all levels of the organization.

 This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work from both home and the office.   

Responsibilities 

  • Lead weekly tactical meetings, monthly strategic sessions, and in-person gatherings to drive team alignment and strategy 
  • Oversee program management activities to ensure coordination leading to program success 
  • Enforce accountability and responsibility among project members to ensure timely and quality deliverables 
  • Evaluate tradeoffs to balance competing project demands and optimize resource allocation 
  • Lead overall program communication efforts at all levels, ensuring all team members are well-informed and engaged 
  • Identify and address process gaps and inefficiencies to enhance productivity and streamline workflows 
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across all program activities 
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations to drive informed decision-making and optimize performance 
  • Foster team cohesion through effective collaboration and conflict resolution strategies 
  • Approach problems with curiosity and determination, fostering a proactive problem-solving environment 
  • Leverage decision-making frameworks to ensure effective and timely resolutions 
  • Utilize virtual collaboration tools and techniques to maintain team cohesion and productivity 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ Years relevant work experience in program management, management consulting or strategic planning within a high-tech environment
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Successful background in galvanizing effective teams
  • Experience in building executive levels presentations with excellent communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated creative problem-solving skills
  • English fluency in verbal and written forms

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in the Customer Success or Professional Services/Consulting domain
  • You understand the value of collaboration – you're able to work with a variety of different stakeholders to create alignment and execute around common goals
  • You have a customer mindset – you can easily put yourself in the customer's shoes and represent their point of view back to other team members
  • You crave creative challenges – you see problems as opportunities to solve. You are naturally curious and are constantly pushing to understand the "why"
  • You get stuff done – you know when it is time to turn from ideation to execution, and you do it flawlessly and with enthusiasm
  • You bring data to the debate – you are comfortable with gray but know a data-backed perspective will lead to better recommendations

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $134,800 and $218,020. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
