Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company's business units. Aims to deliver superior service to clients by driving and optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of people, processes and technology thereby enhancing financial performance, increasing investment capacity, and managing risk. Builds the sustainable repeatable capabilities that support delivery of the highest standards of service and execution. Analyzes and reviews data tools, business processes and operational standards to execute service delivery. Evaluates and ensures that operations meet company objectives, business needs, service agreements and relevant requirements. Researches and monitors external landscape to identify developments and translate them into operational implications for the company.

Accountable for the management of the Consumer Loan and Lease Originations process from application review through funding. Ensures adherence to internal policy and external regulations. Supports respectful applicant and dealer experiences throughout originations process.

Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:
Assists management/Funding team with the following tasks: handling of manager queue, responding to escalated issues on pending contracts, providing associate training and development on current and new programs, reviewing monthly audit reviews, communicating findings to management, and recording team call calibrations.
Provides world-class customer service through daily interaction with both internal and external customers, including personnel, automotive dealerships, vendors and customers.
Provides manager with performance reporting findings.
Uses analytic skills to assess accuracy of verifications, calculations and data.
Assists with other lines of business as directed by management and business needs.
Communicates loan decisions, stipulations and revising when necessary.
Supports Originations associates (Credit, Funding and Sales) as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and advocacy.
Follows-up on current approvals.
Provides training to junior level staff on current and new programs.
Utilizes creative methods to generate results and to foster teamwork.
Answers in-bound calls to provide resolution or, if needed, manages the escalation required for issues, questions, requests.
Participates in team related activities and meetings.
Review performance reporting and utilization performance/trends and reports findings to management.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Business, Finance, Marketing or equivalent degree.
Other Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

Work Experience:
2+ Years Auto Originations/Funding experience required.

Intermediate to Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

$36,000.00 USD

Maximum:

$57,000.00 USD
