Overview: The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for maintaining inventory integrity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Cycle Count program adhering to finance requirements.
  • Ability to analyze and reconciliation IQMS inventory and cycle count variances.
  • Root Cause and work with associated groups to fix structural issues.
  • Identify training requirements for associates and provide suitable training and guidance.
  • Ability to solve problems and make effective decision in a fast pace environment.
  • Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks.
  • Conducts audits maintaining accurate inventory and cycle count compliance.
  • Provides daily/weekly/monthly inventory reporting and metrics.
  • Provides continuous improvement ideas and initiatives.
  • Monitor BOM/structural compliance under business initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Familiar with production reporting and inventory control in ERP systems, IQMS a plus.
  • Minimum 2-year experience in Coordinating or problem-solving Inventory Control Role.
  • Exposure to Lean principles, including 5S, Visual Management, continuous improvement, and pull systems.
  • Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Inventory Control/Shipping/Receiving experience.
  • Effective communication up and down the organization.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Documenting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Initiate and analyze reporting to monitor and improve operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
