The Broker Relationship Manager - North is responsible for driving growth in the broker-originated channel by acquiring, developing, and managing relationships with finance brokers and aggregator networks. This role ensures brokers are equipped, confident, and motivated to recommend Angle’s financial products to their clients

In this role you will have the opportunity to deliver strong portfolio performance through education, engagement, strategic sales activity, and exceptional service.

Key Deliverables;

  • Creating a positive experience and deliver premium service/support to our Broker Client.

  • Deliver training on processes/systems.

  • Identify opportunities, challenges, or performance gaps and take proactive steps to enhance channel success.

  • Educate and support brokers on our products, systems, and lending policies to help improve conversion and overall performance.

  • Support to head of channel including but not limited to, working on projects, policies, procedures, training to stand up the channel of business.

  • Represent Angle Auto Finance broker through face-to-face meetings, training sessions, webinars, workshops, and industry events.

  • Deliver on set KPI’s to deliver budget.

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field. Desired but not essential.

Experiences;

  • Strong experience in business development, sales, or account management within finance, ideally vehicle or asset finance.

  • Proven track record in managing broker or third-party distribution channels.

  • Sound understanding of consumer and/or commercial vehicle finance products.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to analyse data and identify actionable insights.

  • Strong relationship-building capability and customer-centric mindset.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
