Requisiti formativi:

• Laureando/a o Neolaureato/a in materie scientifiche incluse CTF, Farmacia, Scienze Biologiche, Biotecnologie o Economia e Marketing. Studente Master in Marketing Farmaceutico o percorsi affini (requisito preferibile ma non mandatorio).

Altri requisiti:

• Buone conoscenze informatiche, con particolare riferimento a Microsoft Power Point, Excel o similari. 

• Capacità di lavorare con team e networks di diverse funzioni aziendali; precisione e attenzione al dettaglio;

• Senso di responsabilità e orientamento ai risultati; 

• Capacità di lavorare in modo proattivo; 

• Dimostrare di poter ragionare strategicamente, analiticamente, e concettualmente; 

• Essere efficace nella risoluzione di problemi.

Requisiti linguistici: Conoscenza fluente dell’inglese (C1)

Data di inizio presunta: Settembre 2024

Durata: 6 mesi eventualmente prorogabile in caso di stage curriculare

Cosa farai?

Marketing Trainee (Vax Division)

Per la funzione aziendale di Marketing, divisione Vaccini, stiamo ricercando un/a brillante studente, laureando/a o laureato/a per uno stage curriculare o extracurriculare. La risorsa lavorerà, sotto la guida del proprio tutor, al supporto delle attività operative legate allo sviluppo e alla creazione di materiali/iniziative di marketing.

Principali attività:

• Creazione di slides

• Creazione e localizzazione di materiali promozionali e di awareness (upload, revisione ed approvazione nel portale approvativo aziendale)

• Sviluppo di tools per il monitoraggio delle attività

• Analisi dati di vendita

Competenze da sviluppare:

Lo scenario dei vaccini in Italia e relative dinamiche di mercato:

• le dinamiche del dipartimento di Marketing in GSK Italia

• il contenuto scientifico legato ai prodotti di GSK in ambito Vaccini;

• il contesto di govenance farmaceutica nazionale e regionale;

• il lavoro interdiscliplinare e la coordinazione tra diversi dipartimenti in un contesto aziendale reale.
