Essential Functions/Key Deliverables  

  • Ensure overall Production of machines and quality according to specification. sheets. 
  • Ability to do troubleshoot and repair complex issues on the equipment. 
  • Ability to read and understand the information contained on the PO sheets.
  • Check accuracy and quality of finished ends.
  • Locate, clear, and troubleshoot problematic jams. 
  • Correctly read and interpret messages/statuses on the control panels.
  • Perform regular servicing and solving of problems regarding machinery. 
  • Actively lead the maintenance team during line changeover. 
  • Train and assist other employees on the daily practices of Production related duties, such as but not limited to, Product changes, housekeeping and visual quality checks.
  • Ability to train technicians on process troubleshooting. properly.
  • Knowledge of the shell press, liners, and conversion press.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for department.
  • Comply with all Health & Safety regulations, rules, procedures, and policies. Comply with all environmental requirements as stipulated in ISO 14001 and BRC procedures and guidelines on Health & Safety.  
  • Perform any reasonable duties assigned by the management staff, corresponding with the role.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience 

  • Good Mechanical aptitude is a must.
  • Experience in End Line Department is a must.
  • Ability to use calipers and micrometers.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Ability to organize work load and work independently.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Lighthouse is a must.
  • Experience in mechanical maintenance and repair.
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire-prevention, and environment protection regulations.
