As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the ongoing development of our marketing activities in Germany and Austria, with a strong focus on execution and quality. You will work closely with the central marketing team in London, as well as regional partners and external service providers.

Key responsibilities:

• Planning, coordination, and hands-on implementation of marketing initiatives (e.g. ad materials, landing pages, newsletters)

• Independently setting up and sending email campaigns via established platforms (e.g. Braze)

• Maintaining and updating website content (CMS), based on templates or self-created copy

• Supporting EU-wide marketing campaigns with local adaptations

• Ensuring compliance approval for all regional content (e.g. following the four-eyes principle)

• Monitoring website performance in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Team

• Creating and maintaining regular performance reports

• Assisting with administrative tasks (e.g. invoice handling, events, webinars)

Key experience:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally with an operational focus

• University degree in marketing, communications, business or a comparable qualification

• Native-level/C2 German language skills (mandatory) and excellent English (written and spoken)

• Experience working with content management systems (e.g. Contentful)

• Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g. Braze)

• Ideally, initial exposure to the financial or insurance industry

• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint

• Strong understanding of data & performance metrics (e.g. Google Analytics)

• Hands-on mentality, proactive and independent work ethic, and strong team spirit
