Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive lead generation activities including prospect research, cold outreach, email campaigns, and inbound lead follow-up.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects through consistent lead generation efforts.
- Identify and research prospective customers through outbound prospecting activities including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives or Account Managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs such as calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities created.
- Stay informed about company products, industry trends, competitors, and customer challenges.
- Provide feedback to leadership on market trends and prospect insights.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree holder or completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects or incomplete units
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, customer service, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, GCRM, or similar.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
Preferred
- Experience in B2B sales or SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
