GENERAL OVERVIEW

Provides and promotes a variety of goods and outstanding customer service.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Restocks shelves. Operates a cash register and other equipment, which may include helium tank. (15%)
• Greets and engages customers and responds to inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction. (40%)
• Receives deliveries, prices items, performs inventory, ensures appropriate, neat and accurate stock levels. (10%)
• Reconciles money, computes transactions and replenishes cash. (10%)
• Performs cleaning functions in assigned areas following established schedules and using prescribed methods and required chemicals. Complies with all safety and infection control guidelines. (25%)
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred

• 3 years retail background preferred.
