Lime is hiring a Fleet Reliability Programme Manager to join our Operations Excellence team! In this role, you will report into the Repair Excellence Manager. You will lead initiatives for Warehouse Teams Globally to embed a culture of process compliance, fleet reliability and quality, elevate best practices from local to global and drive standardization.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an evolving startup environment. You will be an in the moment problem solver with the ability to think about the short term and long term plan. You're energized about building and scaling and being part of a forward-thinking organization.  

We are a remote first company! For many roles, we welcome applications from anywhere we operate. As this is a hybrid position requiring you to go into a warehouse three times per week, it's preferred that the individual hired for this role be within 30 miles or 60 minutes of London’s city center.
