Summary:
Entry-level, customer-embedded engineer who learns by shipping. Support OIC integrations and OCI foundations, contribute to VBCS extensions and OAC dashboards, and grow into end-to-end ownership under senior RDE mentorship.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Build and test OIC integrations (adapters, mappings, error paths) with senior guidance.
Support OCI setup tasks (IAM, networking basics, logging/monitoring configuration).
Assist with VBCS UI and small workflow enhancements.
Create and validate OAC dashboards and data flows for project reporting.
Document build standards, runbooks, and release notes

Prerequisite — Agentic AI & GenAI
Support delivery of OCI Generative AI solutions by building agent components: prompts, tools (API actions), guardrails, and integration hooks via OIC.
Implement RAG pipelines: knowledge ingestion, metadata tagging, access controls, and retrieval testing—aligned to OCI security standards.
Build and test agent workflows that automate low-risk actions with approvals and complete logging.
Produce operational dashboards (adoption, latency, failure modes) using OAC and OCI telemetry.
Contribute to reusable assets: templates, evaluation packs, and production hardening checklists.

Professional & Technical Skills:
10+ years experience (or strong project work) in Oracle Cloud, integration, or OCI.
Worked on AI projects and delivered outcomes
Foundation in OIC concepts and APIs eager to learn production patterns.
Basic understanding of OCI services (IAM, VCN, compute, object storage).
Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and comfort working with clients.

Oracle Cloud modules
Deep: OIC fundamentals OCI foundations (IAM/VCN/logging) basic VBCS and OAC exposure.
Breadth: Awareness of Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM/CX touchpoints and common process flows.
