Salary: £25,927 - £28,764 per annum

We’re seeking an experienced Cleaner to provide a high quality cleaning service to our estates in Merton.  In a nutshell, you’ll ensure that the estates are clean, tidy and safe for our residents.

Your duties will include inspecting and cleaning all communcal areas including sweeping and mopping, external litter packing, leaf clearance and cleaning bin areas and rotating bins.

You will deal with residents courteously and respectfully.

The ideal candidate will be customer service focussed with good communication skills and you must hold a full valid UK Drivers License.
