Value Stream Engineer

Job Description Summary

In this role we are looking for an experienced Value Stream Engineer to strengthen our Assembly team!

Job Description:

• Executing process improvements 
• Implementing new process standards
• Daily troubleshooting of operative technical issues
• Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers for projects, acting as the primary point of contact
• Supporting quality issues from process side
• Training/supporting local operators/shopfloor leadership for assembly processes 

Required Skills and Education

• Master/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Confident English knowledge verbal and written
• Min 3 years of experience in production environment preferably in automotive
• Proactive and result-driven mindset
• Engineering technology competence

• Strong communication skills

• Team player 

• Independent management of assigned projects 

• Competence for minor surface machining activities (e.g. grinding, polishing, finishing) is an advantage
