As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are very pleased to offer a new opportunity to join our dedicated team as the Senior Analyst, FP&A. This role will be responsible for supporting corporate and leadership reporting, development of key metrics and sustainable reporting solutions across the enterprise, along with supporting various ad hoc requests that come up. As a distributed field organization with over 1,000 offices, TAG relies on reporting to quickly and effectively inform various audiences of strengths and opportunities that can be seen in recent business trends. The contributor in this role therefore will be uniquely positioned to not only influence the day-to-day activities of our offices and field organization but to also provide reporting and recommendations to an executive audience to drive long-term strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for Executive Leadership Team.

  • Develop and distribute reporting through use of Excel and Visualization tools that integrate operational and financial data to inform end-users of the current state of the business

  • Drive action from key stakeholders, including leaders for the Field, Lines of Business, and the Executive Leadership Team

  • Add value to reporting through insights that go beyond what the target audiences can infer through data alone.

  • Create ad hoc financial models to assist the decision-making process.

  • General support of the FP&A management team as needed, including forecasting, budgeting, and other ad hoc analyses

  • Having full understanding of how key metrics are derived, what they mean and what drivers relate to each.

  • Enforcing data integrity, accuracy and governance in financial and management reporting

Minimum Education and Experience

  • BA or BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other degree with equivalent work experience in Financial Analysis.

  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A or similar analysis-driven roles are required.

  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and BI Visualization tools (Tableau and Power BI preferred)

  • Strong financial acumen

  • Ability to find and pull appropriate data using SQL or similar querying languages, along with validating and reviewing data and reports for accuracy and completion. Experience with BigQuery a plus.

  • Experience leading cross-functional analytics or reporting projects is required. Team leadership is preferred.

  • Ability to excel in fast fast-paced environment, take direction, and handle multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required and must be a team player

Salary: 87k-105k
