As a Software Engineer II you will:

Developing test automation scripts
Research and implement new testing strategies, tools, and techniques
Document and maintain test cases
Provide analysis of testing results to our development team for needed improvements and further development
Will operate under the limited direction of a technical lead, setting priorities and goals while learning and growing technically.
Grow capabilities to strengthen independence writing software and being able to analyze and solve increasingly complicated problems.

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

1-3 years relevant experience
Solid knowledge of the TCP Software Development Lifecycle. Comfortable with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Continue developing TCP product knowledge.
Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies. Mid-level product and technical knowledge required. Familiarity of the Software Development Lifecycle.
Ability to understand requirements and solve technical issues while paired with a technical lead with moderate supervision.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
