As a Software Engineer II you will:

  • Developing test automation scripts
  • Research and implement new testing strategies, tools, and techniques
  • Document and maintain test cases
  • Provide analysis of testing results to our development team for needed improvements and further development
  • Will operate under the limited direction of a technical lead, setting priorities and goals while learning and growing technically.
  • Grow capabilities to strengthen independence writing software and being able to analyze and solve increasingly complicated problems.

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • 1-3 years relevant experience
  • Solid knowledge of the TCP Software Development Lifecycle. Comfortable with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Continue developing TCP product knowledge.
  • Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies. Mid-level product and technical knowledge required. Familiarity of the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Ability to understand requirements and solve technical issues while paired with a technical lead with moderate supervision.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
