Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. You will engage with cross-functional teams to ensure that the applications meet the evolving requirements of the organization and contribute to the overall success of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and methodologies. - Experience with agile project management tools and techniques. - Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively. - Familiarity with risk management and mitigation strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
