We’re looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our Industrial Solutions Business Unit for Heavy Industry in Turkey, leading growth and strengthening our position in the Industrial Water Treatment market.

As our Key Account Manager, you will lead regional sales performance, build long‑term customer partnerships and guide the sales team in line with our strategic objectives. You’ll be the trusted face of our industrial water treatment expertise — expanding portfolios, developing new opportunities and ensuring customers receive exceptional technical and commercial support.
This is a role for someone who thrives on challenge, enjoys shaping strategy while staying close to customers, and brings both leadership capability and hands‑on execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry or a related field from a reputable university
5–10 years of sales experience in industrial water treatment, specifically heavy industry
Minimum 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role is an advantage
Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
High proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
Willingness and ability to travel without restrictions
Completion of military service for male candidates
Valid Class B driving licence
Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate and align the sales team with company strategy, ensuring strong execution across the region
Strengthen and expand customer relationships to drive sustainable growth and enhance our technical reputation
Oversee all sales activities, monitor performance and ensure effective sales operations
Analyse regional performance, define sales targets and build new customer portfolios while growing existing accounts.
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals that support both customer needs and profitability goals
Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with customers, achieving volume and margin targets across new and existing accounts
Manage and support regional partners, providing guidance to improve their sales performance
Coordinate all regional orders with the customer support team to ensure timely, complete deliveries
Generate new business opportunities through existing networks and proactive outreach, increasing domestic and international sales
Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts and planning documents for senior management
Provide advisory support on non‑standard technical questions, offering effective and innovative solutions
Support the introduction and promotion of new technologies to customers and partners
Lead onboarding and continuous development of new sales engineers, including hands‑on and theoretical training
Plan and deliver internal and external technical and sales training programs
Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis, identifying new markets and application opportunities
