Since 2024, 7-Eleven Australia has joined 7-Eleven international to be part of the biggest retail network across the world, represented in 20 countries with over 84,000 stores. We have big growth plans in Australia and a lot of opportunity for someone who wants to be part of ever growing retailer with a global footprint.
Firstly, what we offer you!
The role
Are you naturally curious, detail-oriented and passionate about data, systems and problem-solving? Do you enjoy learning, adapting to change and making a real impact on business outcomes?
We're looking for a Retail Data Integrity Analyst to join our Data Integrity team. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional who wants to develop expertise in SAP Retail, master data, and business processes within a fast-paced retail environment.
As a Retail Data Integrity Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, quality and integrity of Promotion and Article Master Data within SAP ECC Retail. Your work will directly support pricing, promotions, merchandising, supply chain and store operations, ensuring our retail systems operate effectively.
No two days are the same. You'll work across multiple business areas, solve complex data challenges, support system enhancements, and contribute to improving the way retail master data is managed across the business. Mentoring and coaching will be provided, but we're looking for someone who is proactive, enjoys learning, takes ownership, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Create, maintain and validate Promotion Master Data in SAP ECC Retail, including promotional pricing, conditions, calendars and promotional mechanics.
Ensure master data is accurate, complete and delivered within business timeframes.
Monitor and improve data quality by identifying, investigating and resolving data issues.
Perform data validation and quality assurance activities to minimise downstream business impacts.
Work collaboratively with Category, Pricing, Supply Chain, Finance, Store Operations and Technology teams to resolve master data issues and support business outcomes.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and projects affecting retail master data.
Contribute to the ongoing development of data governance, business processes and best practices.
Act as a trusted subject matter expert for Promotion Master Data.
What's in your toolkit?
A degree (or working towards completion) in Business, Commerce, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for working with data.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to investigate and solve problems.
The ability to learn new systems and business processes quickly.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with a variety of stakeholders.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to ask questions, challenge assumptions and continuously improve processes.
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
Desirable
Experience with SAP ECC Retail or other ERP systems.
Experience working with retail master data, pricing or promotions.
Knowledge of data quality, governance or business processes.
Experience using Microsoft Excel or data analysis tools.
This is more than a traditional master data role. You'll gain valuable experience across retail operations, SAP systems, business processes, data governance and technology projects while working alongside experienced professionals who will support your development.
If you enjoy solving problems, working with complex data, collaborating with stakeholders and making a tangible impact on business performance, we'd love to hear from you.
