Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of complex applications. This role requires coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The Application Lead serves as the central liaison, managing communications and aligning project goals with organizational objectives. Daily activities include overseeing progress, addressing challenges, and facilitating collaboration to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning and execution of application development initiatives to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC).
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration best practices within financial consolidation environments.
- Experience in managing application lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to lead and guide teams in a dynamic and fast-paced project environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
