The opportunity

Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle—from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission).
How you'll make an impact
You will proactive sales, acquisition and marketing activities in assigned sales area for standardized and non-standardized service offerings, including definition of pricing for sales area.
You will prepare offers in close collaboration with customers and internal partners, develop and understand customer requirements and actively support customer decisions, provide customer support, consulting services and actively receive customer feedback.
You will actively solve customer requests, complaints or issues competent in a timely manner, develop and look after customer relationships (internal and external), sales and service Channels.
You will provide yearly market analysis, competitor analysis, customer developments and regional Challenges, closely monitor customer budgets and targets with actuals and actively close gaps.
You will bring innovation and differentiation to our customers through the successful deployment of these integrated solutions.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
You hold a bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering and/or Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
More than 3 years of working experience.
Proficiency in languages: English & Japanese, other of advantage.
