Summary:
As a business process architect, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing business processes, developing documentation to support the implementation of new systems and technologies. Your day-to-day activities will include collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases, ensuring business objectives are met through efficient process design and deployment strategies. You will conduct user and task analysis, work closely with various teams to ensure seamless system transitions, and continuously drive innovation and improvement across business operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM).
• Lead the project lifecycle from requirement gathering to TM solution deployment.
• Manage customer expectations by aligning with best practices and client deliverables.
• Possess strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP TM.
• Collaborate with and manage project teams, ensuring accountability for decisions and deliverables.
• Provide effective solutions to team-level and cross-team challenges.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and stakeholder feedback.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and system functionality specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SAP TM (Transportation Management).
• Proficiency in Reports, Forms, BN4L, and awareness of AI-driven capabilities.
• Strong exposure to all transportation modes—Road, Rail, Air, and Ocean—covering Planning, Execution, and Cost Settlement processes.
• In-depth understanding of Master Data and Transaction Data management.
• Hands-on experience with advanced features such as Integration with Yard Logistics ,Integration with EWM,Advanced Shipping and Receiving ,Logistics Integrations (3rd Party and BN4L) ,Automatic Planning
• Expertise in custom development solutions based on specific business use cases.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks and related tools.
• Experience in business process mapping and documentation methodologies.
Additional Information:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management.
• Position based at our Chennai office.
• A 15-year full-time education is required.
