Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions that enhance business operations and improve efficiency. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing user requirements, designing application architecture, coding and testing applications, and ensuring their successful deployment and maintenance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements. - Design and develop high-quality applications that meet business process and application requirements. - Configure and customize applications to align with business needs. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and performance. - Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct system testing and resolve any issues. - Ensure successful deployment and maintenance of applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance application development processes. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. - Contribute to the documentation of application design, development, and maintenance processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BASIS Administration. - Strong understanding of SAP architecture and components. - Experience in SAP system installation, configuration, and maintenance. - Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts. - Experience in SAP system performance monitoring and tuning. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA administration. - Solid grasp of database concepts and SQL queries. - Experience with SAP system upgrades and patching. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A minimum of 15 years of education is required.
