About the team

We are seeking professionals to join our FIS DIM Managed Service team. Supporting DIM Upgrade and Change team, responsible for supporting global FIS® Data Integrity Manager (DIM) clients. This role also requires hands‑on client interaction and coordination with cross‑functional teams such as Development, Product, Professional Services, and IT Operations to ensure successful delivery of changes, upgrades, and migrations.

What you will be doing

This role is part of the Managed Services team and is responsible for the delivery of the FIS Data Integrity Manager (DIM) Reconciliations Book of Work (BoW), Dedicated Projects, Upgrades, and Migrations for Managed Services clients.

Principal Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be involved in all the following aspects of the role. Primary accountability includes in the following sequence –

Ownership of Upgrade and/or Migration Projects

  • Support UAT activities and conduct thorough regression testing to deliver high‑quality, defect‑free changes to Production while ensuring platform stability.
  • Perform UAT for application and functional changes following application or platform upgrades.
  • Develop and implement required fixes or enhancements identified during testing to address platform or application dependencies.
  • Proactively eliminate duplicate testing by shifting all standard product regression testing scenarios from Support to Development.

Ownership of BAU Activities and Changes

  • Onboard new reconciliations and maintain existing reconciliations in line with defined reconciliation standards to ensure the platform remains compliant with all non‑discretionary requirements, including mandatory changes, regulatory changes, and FIS software and hardware policies.
  • Design and implement changes in partnership with internal stakeholders, change delivery teams, and client teams.
  • Document all changes with the required test evidence, implementation instructions, and post‑deployment validation checks.
  • Drive optimization across existing scheduled jobs, matching rules, reports, and configurations.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve process efficiency and reduce manual effort.

L3 Support and Escalation Assistance

  • Provide analytical and subject‑matter expertise to support broader strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify pain points, improve processes, leverage domain expertise, and drive automation and efficiency.
  • Resolve client escalations in collaboration with support teams and deliver clearly documented root cause analyses for client communication.

What you bring: 

Knowledge / Experience

(Technical Competencies)

  • Candidate should have 8–12 years of overall IntelliMatch (FIS Data Integrity Manager) experience, with a strong blend of application support, reconciliation development, and change delivery.
  • Candidate must have a working knowledge of both ITIL and Agile methodologies, with experience operating in production support and project‑driven delivery models.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with IntelliMatch configuration, including reconciliation setup, matching rules, workflows, reports, scheduler jobs, and automation.
  • Proficiency in SQL (analysis, troubleshooting, data validation) and familiarity with IntelliMatch logs, database structures, and batch processing.
  • Good to have experience in DIM upgrades and/or migrations, including UAT coordination, regression testing, cutover activities, and post‑production stabilization.
  • Ability to independently analyse complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution in collaboration with L2/L3, Development, and Infrastructure teams.
  • Experience working in managed services environments, supporting multiple clients while adhering to SLAs, governance, and compliance standards.
  • Candidate is expected to support projects and managed services clients across APAC, EMEA, and US regions and should be comfortable working across global time zones, including overlapping business hours and shift‑based coverage, as required (rotational or non‑rotational based on business needs).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • ITIL Basic certification – desirable
  • Agile Scrum/Kanban Certification – desirable

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as the role involves extensive client interaction (up to 70%), including requirements discussions, solution walkthroughs, and issue resolution.

  • Strong ownership mindset, with end‑to‑end accountability for deliverables across BAU, projects, and client escalations.
  • Exposure to process optimization and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and platform stability.
