We’re looking for a software engineer in our Tallinn or Prague office. In this role, you will get a chance to work with our awesome engineers, designers, and product managers and work on the core product part of Pipedrive.

How we work: Our engineering team operates in independent tribes, ensuring flat hierarchies and scalability. Each tribe is self-sufficient with full ownership of its area. Developers enjoy a lot of freedom: they choose missions to work on, and after completing a mission, they return to the launchpad to recover and prepare for the next one.
