The VP, Cards Pricing Product Strategy & Plan Lead Analyst position will report directly to the Head of Pricing Execution within the Pricing team in Branded Cards & Lending and will be responsible for the implementation of pricing disclosures and communications to support new pricing strategies and initiatives as well as on-going pricing disclosures across the card lifecycle.  This will include partnering with key stakeholders to define and write pricing communication requirements and working with Tech to deliver the pricing communications with high quality for Pricing projects, as well as supporting delivery of non-Pricing sponsored initiatives that impact pricing related communications.  This role will require excellent partnership skills to work cross functionally across the organization and with functions such as Legal, Compliance, Product, Technology and Operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage pricing communications for multiple pricing execution projects simultaneously through ideation, defining requirements, governance reviews and approvals, build, testing, and launch
  • Work closely with internal and external business partners including Legal and Compliance to establish required pricing disclosures as well as Technology in implementing, and testing new pricing disclosures and related communications
  • Act as a key point of contact and subject matter expert for pricing disclosures and related communications and processes
  • Coordinate with Pricing Business Analysts to translate pricing disclosure requirements into solutions to accurately implement for all pricing initiatives
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience
  • Experience in financial services industry (credit cards and pricing experience a plus)
  • Applies ingenuity and creativity to problem analysis and resolution for complicated and/or unique situations
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels
  • Extremely high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent organization skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize within tight deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with a high degree of collaboration with cross functional teams
  • Excellent project management skills


Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
