Your impact will be assisting Hyperwallet customers and helping resolve their inquiries. Equipped with comprehensive training, the latest in modern communication and technology tools, and the support of a fantastic team, you will provide customers with the support and answers they need to ensure success.
Your day to day:
Ensuring customer success puts you on the front line for engaging with companies and their business partners. Customers will look to you to understand their needs, explore the challenges they are facing, work to resolve these issues both with the customers are across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Engage- Be the first point of contact to answer queries on products, services, account or transaction activity.
Explore- Research client inquiries, accurately interpret transaction activity, and work to resolve concerns impacting their business.
Resolve- Liaison with other departments within the organization to resolve complex customer inquiries.
Connect- Assist with risk management and transaction trace requests.

What do you need to bring:
Education: High School Diploma Required; Business Diploma is an asset
Language: Fluent in English & French (verbal & written)

Knowledge of financial systems and terminology a plus

Several shift schedules are available, including during standard business house.
Location
PayPal provides a hybrid working solution, with the flexibility to work from home, balanced with onsite training and special events.
