Role Responsibilities -
As a Director – Client Services Portfolio Management, your focus will be developing and implementing software solutions. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Mumbai, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.
Provide client service strategies to AxiomSL collaborators internally and externally
Provide advice and mentorship for opportunities to AxiomSL customers and colleagues
Build and implement a global services strategy to grow the client services business
Measure and report on the financial KPIs like (bookings, margin, and revenue)
Work actively with customer delivery directors to ensure the detailed transition of opportunities from the prospecting stage toward the execution phase
Work collaboratively with AxiomSL solution architects and subject matter experts to elaborate client proposals and end estimates
Present service strategies to clients C-level
Engage with client procurement, business, and legal departments to review and close contracts
We expect you to have: (Minimum Qualifications)
Minimum 8 years of AxiomSL implementation experience
Technical background with software proven experience
Confirmed work experience as a Portfolio Director or similar Presales role
Strong understanding of customer delivery practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on commercial C-level conversations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
